Great Big House is a jam/rock band driven by a versatile horn section with a groove heavy rhythm section. The band draws from such influences as Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Dirty Dozen Brass Band and The Grateful Dead. The music can be described as a mix of classic rock, funk and jazz. GBH performs a stylistically diverse original set as well as many uniquely arranged covers that range from Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon" to classic rock tunes like "Come Together " by The Beatles and " Shot the Sheriff" by Bob Marley.
